Job Summary:

The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by developing and nurturing relationships with key partners and clients. Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:
  • Identify and establish new business opportunities to expand market presence in Malaysia and across Southeast Asia.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key connectors, referral partners, and industry stakeholders to drive revenue growth.

  • Manage lead inquiries efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversion of opportunities.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and provide expert advice to foster long-term client relationships.

2. Market Analysis:
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.

  • Analyse the competitive landscape and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

3. Strategy Execution:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective business development strategies.

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategies, making data-driven adjustments to achieve business objectives.

4. Client Engagement:
  • Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and stakeholders in English, Chinese, and other Southeast Asian languages.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote our products and services.

Qualifications:

· Experience:
  1. Minimum of 2 years of business development or sales experience in the offshore, marine, or modular products industry.

  2. Proven expertise in selling or promoting any of the following:

  • Blast-resistant modules (BRM)

  • Offshore lab modules

  • Offshore pressurized cabins

  • Instrument enclosures

  • E-houses and C-houses

  • Chemical storage modules

  • Customized special containers

· Skills:
  1. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  2. Proficiency in English and Chinese; additional Southeast Asian languages are a plus.

  3. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

  4. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
